ColorHug | General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all sales of products carried out on the website www.colorhug.ch by ColorHug, whose registered office is located at Chemin du Talent 1, 1376 Goumoëns-le-Jux, Switzerland. By accessing and using this site, you agree to be bound by these general terms and conditions of sale. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use the site.

2. Products

The products offered on our site are fashion items, such as scarves, shawls, and other handmade accessories. Product characteristics are described on the site pages, and we strive to ensure that the information is as accurate as possible. Product colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

3. Orders

Orders placed on the site are subject to acceptance by ColorHug. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. If we detect incorrect or incomplete information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order. Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation by email. The sales contract is concluded from this moment, subject to the availability of the products.

4. Price and Payment

The prices indicated on the site are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the applicable VAT in Switzerland. Delivery costs will be added to the total price of the order and are indicated during the checkout process. We accept the following payment methods:

Bank Transfer

Payment is due at the time of ordering.

5. Delivery

Products will be shipped to the address you provided during the ordering process. Delivery times are estimated between three and ten business days, subject to transport conditions. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., strikes, weather conditions, etc.).

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of the products. You can return the items in their original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags) for a full refund. Return shipping costs are at your expense. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.

7. Warranty

All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. In the event of a defective product, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the product. We undertake to replace or refund the defective product, subject to examination of the returned item.

8. Liability

We cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the products or the inability to use them, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct on our part.

10. Intellectual Property

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be that of the Canton of Vaud in Switzerland, unless otherwise provided by mandatory public policy provisions.
