L'ATELIER

My connection to art is a family legacy. I grew up surrounded by paintings, with a Spanish grandfather whose canvases adorned every wall of our house, and alongside my mother, a Haute Couture seamstress. Between a love of beautiful materials and the vibrancy of colors, my sensibility was shaped from childhood. Today, these roots are at the heart of my two worlds: painting and textile design.

 

 

The gesture and the material

 

In my workshop, I work with fine materials such as silk, wool, and natural fibers. I shape each creation using a knitting machine, by hand, or with a crochet hook, thus extending my artistic work onto new mediums.

 

Each piece requires many hours of meticulous and patient work to achieve the finesse and lightness I seek. Since this spring, I have also been designing precious jewelry, where silk thread and pearls intertwine to become poetic adornments.

 

Whether it's a scarf or a textile jewel, each creation is a "wearable work of art" that carries within it this promise: good weather always returns!
